In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14 R, the Company hereby gives notification that John Coleman, its Non-executive Chairman, has been appointed as a Non-executive director of McBride plc with immediate effect. He has also been appointed as Chairman Elect and he will formally succeed as Chairman with effect from 1 July 2016.
