APPOINTMENT AS NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Company announces in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2) that Ms Helen Sinclair, Non Executive Director and Chairman of the Company, has been appointed as independent Non Executive Director of Framlington AIM PLC with effect from 1 August 2010.

Ms Helen Sinclair is also a Non Executive Director of Matrix Income & Growth 4 VCT plc and The Income & Growth VCT plc, and a Director of Spark Ventures plc.
