In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Custodian REIT advises that it has been notified of a change to directorships in other publicly quoted companies held by a member of the Board. Matthew Thorne, a non-executive director of the Company, is to retire from the Board of The Bankers Investment Trust plc at the conclusion of its 2018 Annual General Meeting on 21 February 2018.
