Directors' declaration pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(2)

Jupiter Fund Management plc (the "Company") announces that Polly Williams, a Non-executive Director and chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee, will join the Board of XP Power Limited ("XP Power") with effect from 1 January 2016.

Polly will chair XP Power's Remuneration Committee and be a member of their Audit Committee.

XP Power is incorporated in Singapore and is listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.
