In accordance with paragraph 9.6.14 R (2) of the Listing Rules, Paul Dean, Non-Executive Director, has advised that he has been appointed as a non-executive director of Polypipe Group plc, whose shares were admitted to the Official List with effect from 16 April 2014.

The Board is satisfied that Paul Dean's appointment with Polypipe Group plc complies with the UK Corporate Governance Code 2012.
