CyanConnode announces pursuant to Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies that Armchair Answercall Limited entered into creditors' voluntary liquidation on 26 April 2017. Mr. Paul Ratcliff, a director of CyanConnode ceased to be a director of Armchair Answercall Limited on 29 July 2016, therefore within 12 months preceding the creditors' voluntary liquidation.
