Director Declaration

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc (the "Company") confirms that Aloysius Lee Tse Sang, Group Chief Executive Officer of the Company, was appointed:

· a non-executive director of Millennium & Copthorne Hotels New Zealand Limited (NZX: MCK) and CDL Investments New Zealand Limited (NZX: CDI), both of which are subsidiaries of the Company that are listed on the New Zealand Stock Exchange, on 1 April 2015; and

· a non-executive director of First Sponsor Group Limited (SGX: ADN), which is an associate of the Company that is listed on the Singapore Exchange, on 2 April 2015.
