In accordance with 3.1.2 R of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules, GCM Resources plc ("the Company") has received notification that an entity associated with Mr David Weill (Non-Executive Director) purchased 8,500 ordinary 10p shares in the Company at a price of 94p per share on Thursday, 5 April 2012. Following this transaction entities associated with Mr Weill have an interest in 27,250 ordinary 10p shares.
