In accordance with AIM Rule 17 (Disclosure of Miscellaneous Information) and Schedule 5, the following information falls to be disclosed: 

Ebiquity (AIM: EBQ) was informed on 24 July 2009 that on that day, Richard Nichols, Non-Executive Director of the Company, had purchased 35,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 48 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Richard Nichols has a beneficial interest of 35,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.1 per. cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
