Ark Therapeutics Group plc (LSE: AKT) ("the "Company") has received notification that on 17 May 2012 Peter Keen, Non-Executive Director, purchased 750,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company through his Self Invested Pension Plan at a price of 2.85 pence per share.
As previously announced, Peter Keen retired as a Director with effect from the conclusion of yesterday's Annual General Meeting of the Company.
