26 September 2008Immediate Release GEONG International Limited ("GEONG" or "the Company") Directors Dealings

GEONG International Limited (AIM: GNG), the AIM listed, China based provider of enterprise content management (ECM) software and solutions, was today notified by Mr Wang Weidong, Chief Executive Officer, that he has purchased 825,000 ordinary shares in the Company from Mr Bo Yuan, a Non Executive Director of GEONG at a price of 55p per share.

Following the transaction, Mr Wang Weidong holds total direct and indirect voting right interests in 4,851,144 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 15.38% of the current issued share capital and Mr Bo Yuan holds 825,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 2.62% of the current issued share capital.

The figure of 31,537,032 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, GEONG International Limited under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
