Servoca, the AIM listed specialist outsourcing and recruitment solutions provider, announces that it was notified yesterday that on 8 December 2014 Andy Church, a Director of the Company, purchased, 115,274 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 17.35 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Andy Church has a beneficial interest in 6,128,797 Ordinary Shares of the Company representing 4.9% of the total voting rights in the Company.
