The Company was informed today that Mr Mihai Radoi, a director of the Company, on 21 June 2016, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of €0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of €0.22 per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr Mihai Radoi is the beneficial owner either directly or indirectly of 887,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.97% of the total issued share capital and voting rights of the Company.
