Director dealing
The Company was advised on 9 November 2010 that, due to an administrative error, 1,430 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company (held by Michael Hodges' in his SIPP) were sold by the SIPP provider at a price of 38p per share. Mr Hodges has corrected the error and has acquired 2,500 ordinary shares at a price of 37.87p per share.
This brings Mr Hodges' total holding to 1,365,642 ordinary shares, representing 17.82% of the total voting rights of the Company.
