DIRECTOR DEALING

The Conygar Investment Company PLC (the "Company") advises that it received notification on 19 December 2013 that on that date Robert Ware, Chief Executive, and Preston Rabl, Director, each bought 200,000 ordinary 5 pence shares in the Company ("shares") at a price of 154 pence per share. Following these transactions, Mr Ware's notifiable holding in the Company will be 3,750,000 shares representing 4.22% of the Company's total voting rights and Mr Rabl's notifiable holding in the Company will be 1,345,480 shares representing 1.51% of the Company's total voting rights.
