The Company has today been informed that on 21 May 2013 John Harding transferred 36,091 Ordinary Shares in the Company to his SIPP at a price of 92 pence per share. Following this transaction there is no change in John Harding's total beneficial interests in the Company.
John Harding remains interested in 338,886 Ordinary Shares representing 0.41% of the Company's current issued share capital with voting rights.
