The Company has today been informed that on 20 May 2013 Alex Alway transferred 17,100 Ordinary Shares in the Company to his SIPP at a price of 94.145 pence per share. Following this transaction there is no change in Alex Alway's total beneficial interests in the Company.
Alex Alway remains interested in 1,320,883 Ordinary Shares representing 1.61% of the Company's current issued share capital with voting rights.
