DIRECTOR DEALING

The Company announces that it was notified on 9 December that on 8 December 2011, Mr Derek Pitcher, Executive Director of the Company and Mr Kim Berry, Executive Director of the Company, each purchased 49,504 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company at a price of 20 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Derek Pitcher holds 1,675,751 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company, representing 2.53 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company and Mr Kim Berry holds 3,412,261 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company, representing 5.15 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
