Jubilee, the AIM and JSE Limited ("JSE") quoted Mine-to-Metals specialist, was notified, on 24 April 2013, that Colin Bird, Non- Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 99,041 Jubilee ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") of 1 pence each at an average price of ZAR126 cents (9 pence) per share on even date.
