Aggregated Micro Power Holdings plc (AIM: AMPH), the renewable energy developer focused on biomass energy generation, was notified on 13 April 2016 that on the same day Neil Eckert, Executive Chairman of the Company, transferred via a sale and purchase transfer (the "Transfer") £50,000 nominal of the Aggregated Micro Power Holdings plc Fixed Rate Secured Convertible Loan Notes 2021 ("CLNs") from being held in his own name to be held in his self-invested personal pension.

 

Following the Transfer, there is no change to Mr Eckert's total beneficial interest in the Company, being 7,704,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each representing approximately 27.7% of the Company's issued share capital; and £795,000 nominal of CLNs.
