Fulcrum Utility Services Limited ("Fulcrum" or "the Company"), the UK based energy solutions company, today announces that the Company has received notification that Mrs Alicia Grace, wife of Marcus Green, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 12,500 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence on 31 May 2012 at a price of 19.5 pence per share. Following the purchase, Marcus Green has a beneficial interest in 12,500 ordinary shares, which equates to 0.008% per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
