5 May 2017- Produce Investments plc (AIM: PIL), a leading operator in the fresh potato and daffodil sectors, discloses that Neil Davidson, Chairman of the Group, on Friday 5 May 2017, purchased 26,000 Ordinary Shares in the Group at a price of 200p per share.

Following the purchase, Mr Davidson has an interest of 108,500 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.42% of the Company's issued share capital.
