The Company confirms that, further to the announcement of 11 December 2017, it has appointed Cielo Bicol Malaluan Cartwright (nee Bicol), as Finance Director of the Company with effect from 30 April 2018.

Appendix

Cielo Cartwright , aged 55, was previously Finance Director at Harry Hall International Limited. She is currently a director of Community Links (Northern) Limited and Silver Sky (UK) Limited.

In the last five years she was previously a director of Froneri Iberia Ice Cream Holding SL; Harry Hall International Limited; Exova (UK) Limited; and Headingley Enterprise and Arts Centre Limited.

Finally, she is currently on the register as a director of Froneri Iberia SL and Helados Y Postres but has recently resigned from both positions.

Cielo does not hold any shares in the Company.
