The transaction is arranged by three largest Chinese banks: Industrial andCommercial Bank of China Limited acting as Cooridnating Mandated LeadArranger, Bank of China Limited, Shanghai Branch and China ConstructionBank Corporation, Beijing Branch. ICBC (JSC) is acting as a Facility Agent. This facility increases the total amount of Norilsk Nickel backstopcommitted credit facilities to approx. USD 2.5 billion including unutilizedfacilities from Sberbank, VTB and a syndicate of western banks.
