Non-Renounceable Rights Issue - Despatch of Prospectus

Further to Range Resources Limited's (the "Company") announcement on 5 January 2009, the Company wishes to advise that it has despatched it's prospectus in respect of the non-renounceable rights issue to eligible shareholders.

As previously announced, the closing date for receipt of acceptances is 5:00pm (WDST) on Friday, 6 February 2009.
