DELISTING OF EQUITY SHARES OF AXIS BANK FROM AHMEDABAD STOCK EXCHANGE

Please note that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held today has approved the voluntary delisting of equity shares of the Bank from the Ahmedabad Stock Exchange (ASE) in accordance with the provisions of the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009. The equity shares of the Bank will continue to be listed on The Bombay Stock Exchange Limited (BSE) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE). The Bank will make a formal application for delisting of equity shares to the Ahmedabad Stock Exchange shortly.
