The Issuer hereby wishes to announce that, as a consequence of the exercise of the Put Option (as defined under the Base Prospectus) by the investor in accordance with Condition 5 (g) of the Terms and Conditions for the English law Notes, it has requested the Euronext Dublin to remove the Notes detailed above from the official list of the Euronext Dublin.
This is effective from 24 December 2019.
