Delay on arbitration judgement

PV Crystalox Solar plc (the "Group") has been informed by the arbitral tribunal that the submission of the draft judgment to the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce ("Court"), for the wafer supply contract mentioned in our interim results, has been delayed until the end of September. Consequently the Group now expects the Court to render the final judgement 4-6 weeks later.
