AXIS BANK LIMITED -DECISIONS TAKEN AT THE BOARD MEETING HELD ON 15TH JULY, 2010
At the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank held today, the following decisions were taken:
1. To elevate Shri S. K. Chakrabarti, Executive Director of the Bank as Deputy Managing Director with effect from 1st September, 2010 or a date as may be approved by RBI.
2. To appoint Shri S. K. Roongta, former Chairman, Steel Authority of India Limited as an Additional Independent Director with immediate effect.
