The Company now intends when it is not in a close period, and as consideredappropriate by the Board, to purchase "D" Ordinary Shares in the market (subjectto a maximum of 14.99% of the issued "D" Ordinary Share capital), with a view toreducing the discount to the latest published net asset value.
