Thistle Mining Inc.08 February 2005 THISTLE MINING INC Thistle Mining Inc. Obtains Extension and Claims Orders under Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act Toronto, 8 February 2005. Thistle Mining Inc. (TSX: THT and AIM: TMG) Thistle Mining Inc. ("Thistle") announces that on 4 February 2005 it obtainedfrom the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the "Court") an order granting it anextension to March 31, 2005 of protection under the Companies' CreditorsArrangement Act. Thistle also obtained an order of the Court approving a claims procedure forcreditors of Thistle and establishing a claims bar date of March 15, 2005.
