Tatneft's Board Approves Nominations to the Revision Committee
Correction of information distributed on 25 February 2016
At the meeting held on 25 February 2016 the Board of Directors of PJSC Tatneft (the "Company") approved the following list of candidates to the Revision Committee of the Company for the election by the shareholders at the Meeting:

The Board also acknowledged that the following person was appointed pursuant to the exercise of the Golden Share rights of the Tatarstan Government:
