Corporate Update

Following completion of the loan noteholders and shareholders meeting yesterday, the board of PeerTV (the "Board") is undertaking a review of the Group's operations. The Board confirms that PeerTV is no longer going to fund the operations of Digitek but that they remain committed to the OTT (TV over the Internet) business. In addition, the Board believe that there is an exciting opportunity in relation to the Group's joint venture with Speech Modules and that a product will be developed and ready to market in the next 6 to 9 months.
