They are: Propertyfinder, a property finder web site,for satellite TV advertising; Galliard Homes, for its flagship WestminsterBridge apartment scheme and developments in southeast London and nationwide;Higgins Homes, for various sites in Essex and a new development in Crawley; fordevelopers marketing residential developments in 15 countries, including,Canada, throughout Europe, the Seychelles and Morocco through SavillsInternational; and Lower Mill Estate, Cotswolds, for the 550 acre estateholiday home and health complex in Cirencester. The new projects, include the agency's first major satellite TV campaign withheavy penetration of Sky 1,2 and 3, Sky Sports 1,2 and 3, Sky News, E4 and More4, and one of the first significant overseas campaigns, and amount to totalbillings of approximately £5m. It also includes media planning and buying and accessing data in national,regional, local newspapers and trade and industry magazines, including JICREG,Mediatel, and Brad on-line The on-going work is being handled by the agency's Premium Media subsidiary,which provides specialist advice on planning and buying media space for clientswithin the Adventis Group. Premium Media - one of three planning and media buying companies within thegroup-focuses on both the residential and commercial property sectors, the othertwo being in the healthcare and financial services sectors being called AdgendaMedia Ltd and Adventis Coltman. Each have full NPA (Newspaper PublishingAssociation) recognition. Premium Media, as with the other group media planning and buying agencies, hastailored these campaigns to suit a development, often working with its owncreative teams, with ads created and media placed to maximize a property'spotential with regard to media title, the ad design and size and effective useof budgets.
