Confirmation of Capital Reduction
London, 1 March 2017 - Monchhichi PLC (AIM: MCC), is pleased to announce that, following shareholder approval on 24 January 2017 of the capital reduction set out in the notice of General Meeting dated 9 January 2017, the High Court of Justice has today made an Order (the "Order") confirming the capital reduction.
The Order has been registered at Companies House.
