Confirmation of Board Appointment

Produce Investments plc (AIM: PIL), a leading operator in the fresh potato and daffodil sectors, is pleased to confirm that, further to the Company's announcement on 29 September 2016, all necessary regulatory requirements have been completed in relation to the appointment to the Board of Jonathan Lamont as Finance Director of the Company. Accordingly, Mr Lamont's appointment to the Board will become effective on 1 January 2017 as previously anticipated.

Jonathan Andrew Lamont, aged 50, does not currently hold any directorships or partnerships and was a director of Generale Biscuit Glico France S.A. within the last five years.
