Confirmation of Board Appointment & Holdings in Company
Further to the announcement of 16 January 2017, Paragon Entertainment Limited (AIM:PEL), the attractions design, production and fit-out business, is pleased to confirm that the appointment of David Bridgford as a Non-Executive Director of the Company has today become effective.
Mr Bridgford is beneficially interested in 6,965,662 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing approximately 3.7% of the Company's issued share capital.
