Completion of Placing

Cambria (AIM:CMB) is pleased to announce that, futher to the announcement of 1 October 2012, the placing of 8,615,115 new ordinary shares (the "Placing Shares") to raise USD 1.4 million has completed following receipt of proceeds.

Application has been made for admission of the Placing Shares to trading on AIM, which is expected to occur at 08:00 on 9 October 2012.

Following issue of the Placing Shares, the Company will have a total number of 66,749,023 shares in issue. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
