Completion of Disposal of Hardy Oil (Africa) Limited

("HOA")

Hardy Oil and Gas plc (LSE: HDY.L) announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held today, the resolution relating to the disposal of Hardy Oil (Africa) Limited (as set out in the circular sent to shareholders on 11 October 2010) was duly passed.

Completion with respect to the disposal of Hardy Oil (Africa) Limited has taken place and the disposal is now completed.
