Wilmington Group plc ('Wilmington') completes bank refinancing

Wilmington is pleased to announce that it has concluded the refinancing of its bank facilities, which were due to mature in March 2012, with a new £65m facility provided by Barclays Corporate, HSBC Bank plc and The Royal Bank of Scotland plc. The new facility is committed until February 2016.
