Completion of Acquisition
Further to the Company's announcement of 19 May 2016 and the Admission of the Placing Shares at 8.00 a.m. today, the Company is pleased to announce that is has drawn down the acquisition funding under the Revised Facilities and completed the acquisition of Bibendum PLB.
Unless otherwise stated, definitions used in this announcement carry the same meaning as those set out in the circular to shareholders dated 3 May 2016.
