Completion of Acquisition

Solid State plc (AIM: SSP), the AIM listed supplier of specialist industrial/ruggedised computers, electronic components, antennas, microwave systems and battery power solutions to the electronics market, is pleased to confirm that it has completed its acquisition of 2001 Electronic Components Limited ("2k1"), the terms of which were announced on 23 December 2013.
