The Company is pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of Paragon Creative Limited and the Placing of new Ordinary Shares at a price of 4 pence per share, as announced by the Company on 16 December 2011.

Shortly after Admission, the Company will be renamed Paragon Entertainment Limited.
