Competition Enquiries Update

The Company has today received notification from the European Commission that it has closed its enquiry into the agricultural films market.

This follows the Office of Fair Trading's decision in August to close its separate enquiry into the agricultural films market.

The Company welcomes this confirmation that the enquiries into allegations of anti-competitive conduct have now concluded with no action being taken by the competition authorities. The Company will continue to operate its longstanding policy of extensive guidelines and controls designed to ensure that all our operations comply with competition laws.
