Close of Accelerated Bookbuild

The Company is pleased to announce that further to the announcement made yesterday on 23 June 2020 at 5.31 p.m., the Bookbuild has been successful, was oversubscribed and has now closed. Participants in the Placing will be contacted by N+1 Singer and Allenby Capital later today to confirm their allocations. A further announcement will be made in due course confirming details of the Fundraise. The Company reserves the right to increase the overall size of the Fundraise.

Admission of the First Placing Shares and the Second Placing Shares is conditional, inter alia, upon the Placing Agreement not having been terminated and becoming unconditional in respect of those shares. Admission of the Second Placing Shares is also conditional on the passing of the resolutions by Shareholders at the General Meeting.

Save as otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement have the meanings given to them in the announcement released by the Company at 5.31pm on 23 June 2020.
