Driver Group plc (AIM: DRV), the global professional services consultancy to construction and engineering industries, announces that, further to the announcement made earlier today entitled "Proposed Accelerated Bookbuild to raise up to £8 million", the Bookbuild has been successful and has now closed.

Participants in the Placing will be contacted by N+1 Singer to confirm their final allocations and a further announcement will be made in due course providing further details of the Placing, including the number of Placing Shares and the Placing Price.
