Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and persons closely associated with them ("PCAs")
23 March 2018 - En+ Group plc (the "Company", "the Group" or "En+ Group") (LSE: ENPL; MOEX: ENPL), a leading international vertically integrated aluminium and power producer, announces that it received notification today from B-Finance Ltd. ("B-Finance") of Ritter House, Wickhams Cay II, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, that they have been released from a pledge of 61,918,387 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") held by them to VTB Capital PLC of 14 Cornhill, London, EC3V 3ND.
