Changes to significant shareholders

Vietnam Infrastructure Limited ("VNI" or the "Company"), the first publicly traded fund to focus on infrastructure assets in Vietnam today announces it has received notification on 25 June 2014, from Ironsides Partners LLC that in aggregate, its funds hold 82,491,350 ordinary shares, equivalent to 23.46 percent of the voting rights in the Company.
