Changes to Board Committees

The Company announces the following changes to its Board committees, with effect from 27 September 2012:

Audit Committee

Elmar Heggen will replace Alex Sulkowski as Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Remuneration Committee

Alex Sulkowski will replace Elmar Heggen as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.

Nomination Committee

Lance Browne will replace Douglas Sutherland as Chairman of the Nomination Committee.

This announcement is made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11.
