The Company announces that, further to the appointment of Florence Pierre as a Non-Executive Director of the Company which was approved by shareholders earlier today at the Company’s Annual General Meeting, Florence Pierre has been appointed to the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee with immediate effect.
This announcement is made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11.
